03 — If your offer meets our standards we reach out within 48 hours to confirm we are moving forward.
04 — You sign our Offer-Side Placement Agreement. No fee at this stage.
05 — We source, vet, and present you with a shortlist of candidates from our network.
06 — You confirm your chosen candidate. Both parties pay their placement fee instantly.

02 — We review your application, score it against our criteria, and watch your Loom video.
03 — If you pass vetting we reach out within 48 hours to confirm we are moving forward.
04 — You sign our Candidate Placement Agreement. No fee at this stage.
05 — We match you to vetted offers from our network that align with your background, metrics, and preferences.
06 — You confirm the role. Both parties pay their placement fee instantly. You start.
