Everything you need to know about Placr Network — for offer owners and candidates. 

How much does it cost? 

For offer owners: $297 for a closer. $147 for a setter or dialler. $497 for a sales manager. You pay nothing until a rep is placed and active in your role. No retainer. No upfront fee. Zero risk.

For candidates: $147 if you are a closer. $97 if you are a setter or dialler. $197 if you are a sales manager. Paid at placement only. Not before. 

How long does it take?  

Most placements happen within 7 to 14 days of an offer being accepted onto our network. We do not rush it. We get it right.  

How long does it What do you need from me as an offer owner?

Three things. A proven offer with real leads coming in. A competitive commission structure. And a proper onboarding process for your new rep. If those are not in place we will tell you honestly before we start and give you a clear list of what needs to change. 

What do you need from me as a candidate? 

If you are experienced: your close rate, monthly cash collected, a Loom video intro, and a resume or CV.

If you are newer: your Loom video matters most. Show us your communication, your energy, and your coachability. Be honest about where you are. We will tell you what we can do for you right now and what to work towards.  

Do I need to jump on a call? 

No. Our entire process is async. No video calls required on our end. Everything happens through forms, messages, and Loom videos. Faster and less friction for everyone. 

What if the placement does not work out?  

For offer owners: we offer a 14 day replacement guarantee. If the rep does not work out in the first 14 days we will find a replacement at no extra cost, subject to the conditions in your signed Offer-Side Placement Agreement. You must notify us in writing within 3 business days of the issue arising to activate the guarantee.

For candidates: if the offer owner materially changes the agreed terms after you start you must notify us in writing immediately. We will work with you to find an alternative placement at no additional fee. This applies once only. 

Do I need experience to apply as a candidate?  

It depends on the role. Some offers on our network are open to newer reps who show the right attitude, coachability, and communication skills. Others require proven numbers. We will always be honest with you about where you stand and what you need to get there. 

I am new to high-ticket sales. Can Placr Network still help me? o I need experience to apply as a candidate?  

Yes, but differently. We will not force a placement that is not right for you or the offer. Instead we will tell you exactly what to work on, what metrics to build towards, and when to come back. Join our free WhatsApp job board, stay close, keep building — when you are ready we will be here. 

What kinds of offers do you work with? I am new to high-ticket sales. Can Placr Network still help me? o I need experience to apply as a candidate?  

High-ticket only. Coaching, consulting, courses, agencies, and SaaS. Minimum ticket price of $2,000. We vet every offer before accepting it onto our network — lead volume, infrastructure, commission, and founder credibility all get checked.  

What is the placement fee and why do I pay it? 

Placr Network charges a one-time fee at the point of placement — not before. We invest significant time sourcing, vetting, scoring, and matching both sides before making any introduction. The fee covers that work and gives you access to vetted roles and vetted talent that you would not find through a job board. You only pay when we deliver. 

How do I apply? 

Use the links below. Offer owners fill out the offer intake form. Candidates fill out the candidate application form. Both take a few minutes. We will come back to you within 48 hours.
